Job summary

Legends Global seeks a part-time POS Clerk for the Cowboys Club at AT&T Stadium in Dallas. You will enter and reconcile POS data, maintain pricing and menu data, and generate reports after events to support game-day operations.

Qualifications

Prior data entry experience required.
Strong computer proficiency with POS systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data programs.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data within the POS system.
Reconcile stand sheets and sales data following events.
Organize and manage menu items, pricing, and inventory data within the POS system.
Run and distribute operational and financial reports as needed.
Collaborate closely with the Suites leadership team to support daily operations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies or system issues with minimal supervision.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
Adhere to all company policies, service standards, and safety procedures.
