Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of upscale bartending experience.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine, and beer.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest relations and communication skills.
• Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality cocktails with premium spirits and fresh ingredients.
• Provide friendly, attentive service in upscale settings.
• Accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Recommend drinks, wine pairings, and seasonal cocktails.
• Demonstrate wine service: presentation, pouring, and pairing.
• Keep bar stocked; manage inventory and requisitions.
• Follow recipes and portion standards to control costs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of bar area at all times.
• Handle cash, credit, and POS transactions; reconcile end of shift.
• Collaborate with culinary teams on beverage pairings.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and support catering operations.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
