Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant.
• Ability to lift and transport 10–30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for long periods.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English to communicate with guests and coworkers.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.

• Deliver food, beverages, and supplies to suites and premium areas promptly and accurately.
• Provide attentive, personalized guest service to enhance the premium experience.
• Support service staff by clearing and resetting tables, running food, and assisting with guest requests.
