Job summary

The Raiders Football Club LLC in Henderson, NV seeks a Manager, Sales Operations to streamline activation tracking and asset fulfillment across Sales, Service, and Activations. Qualifications

• Experience in stadium, arena, or major event center operations preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in partnership activation tracking and streamline processes.
• Manage organization, tracking, fulfillment, and internal communication of partnership assets.
• Execute digital signage fulfillment: ingestion, specs, testing, scheduling, gameday execution.
• Partner with Stadium Production Technology for accuracy and real-time issue resolution.
• Oversee integration and usage of Daktronics software to maximize assets.
• Manage inventory and notes in KORE and Salesforce with accountability.
• Supervise gameday processes for on-site photographers and align with Photography Dept.
• Liaise with Silver & Black Hospitality for updates to Allegiant Stadium site and wallet ops.
• Collaborate with Creative Development to improve sales collateral.
• Understand premium sales processes for suites, loge seats, and general ticketing.
• All other duties as assigned related to partnership activations and revenue programs.
