Job summary

Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations in Henderson, NV to lead partnership activation processes and coordinate between Sales, Service, Activations, and other departments. The role requires understanding stadium operations and event day procedures to ensure smooth asset fulfillment and program execution.

Responsibilities include tracking assets (email, print, digital signage, web, social media, events, radio/TV), overseeing gameday processes, and collaborating with Stadium

• Minimum one year of experience in stadium, arena, or major event center operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record of team leadership.
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.

• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement relative to partnership activation tracking and make recommendations to streamline those processes.
• Manage the organization, tracking, fulfillment, and internal communication of partnership assets, including email, print, digital signage, web, social media, events, and radio/TV assets.
• Execute digital signage fulfillment by managing content ingestion, specifications, testing, scheduling, and gameday execution.
• Partner with Stadium Production Technology to ensure accuracy and hold stakeholders accountable, with real-time issue resolution.
• Oversee integration and usage of Daktronics software to maximize assets on Stadium Mesh and Marquee.
• Manage inventory accuracy, availability, and notes in KORE and Salesforce.
