Job summary

Las Vegas Raiders are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to design efficient processes and drive cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Service, and Activations. You will oversee asset fulfillment, partner communications, and game-day operations to support revenue programs.

The role requires coordinating with Revenue teams, Stadium Ops, and external partners while maintaining proactive, accurate updates and a strong sense of ownership. Evening and game-day hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of stadium/arena/major event center operations experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a successful track record of leadership.
• Effective time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with stakeholders.
• Ownership, accountability, and urgency in responsibilities.
• Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in partnership activation tracking and streamline processes.
• Manage organization, tracking, fulfillment, and communication of partnership assets (email, print, digital, web, social, events, TV/radio).
• Execute digital signage fulfillment including content ingestion, specs testing, scheduling, and gameday execution.
• Collaborate with Stadium Production Technology to ensure accuracy and real-time issue resolution.
• Oversee Daktronics software usage to maximize assets on Stadium Mesh and Marquee.
• Manage inventory accuracy and notes in KORE and Salesforce for Corporate Partnerships.
• Supervise gameday processes for on-site photographers and align with Photography Department leadership.
• Coordinate with Silver & Black Hospitality for updates to Allegiant Stadium site, concessions, and mobile wallet.
