Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Banquet Servers to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Banquet Server, you will provide outstanding guest service while serving food and beverages in a banquet setting.

Seasonal role with flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are available to eligible team members.

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet tables according to event orders.
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet as needed.
• Bus tables and maintain clean service areas.
• Monitor guest needs and address requests or complaints promptly.
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Break down the event according to company procedures.

Pay

$18.50 - $18.50 / hour

What will you do?

• Set up tables following the banquet event orders
• Serve food and beverages to guests promptly; replenish buffet line food as needed
• Bus Tables & maintain clean foodservice areas
• Monitor guest needs, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled; handle any guest complaints
• Follow all alcoholic beverage policies and procedures
• Break down the event according to company procedures.

More about you

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months Customer Service Experience
• Excellent guest service skills
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to tend to guests' needs & fulfill them quickly
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays preferred

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand or walk, including up and down stairs, for the entire length of the shift
• Ability to lift 35 pounds
• Ability to work in variable indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
