Job summary

CLEAR is hiring a Sports Ambassador to support members at stadiums and venues. You will verify CLEAR members using lanes, educate attendees about benefits, and drive membership enrollments while delivering exceptional service.

Requirements include 18+ and a high school diploma or GED, with open availability to work varied shifts. You will stand up to 8 hours per day and follow security guidelines; attractive benefits and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Verify CLEAR members who are using the CLEAR lane at the designated venue/stadium
• Drive membership enrollments through engaging attendees and educating about CLEAR benefits
• Resolve attendee and/or member concerns or inquiries promptly, escalating when needed
• Balance high volume with high quality customer and member experience
• Support members with questions or concerns and escalate situations timely
