Job summary

Stadionic is expanding its network of independent 1099 installation subcontractors across the United States and internationally. Project scopes include stadiums, arenas, schools, and sports facilities with flexible schedules and on-time delivery.

Contractors provide their own crew, tools, and transportation, and manage taxes and costs themselves. Partner can expect pay-per-project arrangements, support from a Stadionic project manager, and opportunities to grow as a preferred regional partner.

Qualifications

• Registered businesses: LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with an EIN and a completed W-9.
• General liability insurance with Stadionic named as additional insured (limits confirmed during onboarding).
• Tools, equipment, and reliable transportation are required.
• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
• Ability to work at heights and operate lifts safely.

Responsibilities

• Netting installations: backstop, barrier, ball-stop netting, batting cages, golf and driving range netting, ceiling and divider netting, pole, cable, and hardware installation.
• Turf installations: synthetic turf for fields, indoor facilities, and training areas, including site prep, seaming, infill, and line markings.
• Wall padding installations: gym, stadium, and field wall padding; pole and post padding; custom padding with logos.
• Pole installations: poles for backstops, barrier netting, foul poles, and more.
• Additional facility work: divider curtains, bleachers, windscreens, field and court accessories, repairs, removals, and maintenance service.
• Complete all work to Stadionic specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to Stadionic project manager.
