Job summary

Stadionic is expanding its network of installation partners and seeking established installation crews to join as independent 1099 subcontractors across the United States with select international opportunities.

Projects range from single-day jobs to multi-week installations at stadiums, arenas, schools, and sports facilities. Partners supply their own crew, tools, and transportation, and handle their taxes and insurance.

Qualifications

• Registered businesses: LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with EIN and W-9.
• General liability insurance with Stadionic named as additional insured (as applicable).
• Own tools and transportation required.
• Ability to work at heights and operate lifts safely; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
• Clear daily progress updates and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Netting installations: backstop, barrier and netting installations.
• Turf installations: synthetic turf for fields and indoor facilities.
• Wall padding installations for gym, stadium, and field areas.
• Pole installations for backstops and related structures.
• Additional facility work: curtains, bleachers, windscreens, field accessories, maintenance.
• Complete all work to Stadionic specifications and site safety requirements.
• Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to Stadionic project manager.
