Job summary

Stadionic is expanding its network of independent installation partners across the United States and internationally. We seek established crews to work as 1099 subcontractors on diverse projects, from single-day to multi-week installations at sports facilities, arenas, schools, and stadiums.

As a partner, you control how work is performed, supply your own crew and equipment, and handle your own taxes and insurance. Stadionic provides defined pay per project and ongoing project management support.

Qualifications

• Registered Businesses: LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with an EIN and completed W-9.
• Insurance Coverage: General liability with Stadionic named as additional insured.
• Tools & Transportation: Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
• Safety at Heights: Able to work at heights and operate lifts; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
• Communication Skills: Clear communication with daily progress updates and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Netting installations: backstop, barrier, and ball-stop netting; batting cages; golf and driving range netting; ceiling and divider netting; pole, cable, and hardware installation.
• Turf installations: synthetic turf for fields, indoor facilities, and training areas, including site prep, seaming, infill, and line markings.
• Wall padding installations: gym, stadium, and field wall padding; pole and post padding; custom padding with logos.
• Pole installations: poles for backstops, barrier netting, foul poles, and more.
• Additional facility work: divider curtains, bleachers, windscreens, field and court accessories, repairs, removals, and maintenance service.
• Complete all work to Stadionic specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and each facility's site and safety requirements.
• Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to your Stadionic project manager.
