National Field Install Subcontractor (1099 & Travel)

Job summary

Stadionic is seeking established installation companies and crews to partner as independent 1099 subcontractors on projects across the United States, with select international opportunities. Projects range from single-day to multi-week installations at stadiums, arenas, schools, and sports facilities.

Partners control how work is performed, supply their own crew and tools, and handle their own taxes and insurance.

Qualifications

• Registered Businesses: LLC, corporation, or sole proprietorship with an EIN and a completed W-9.
• Insurance Coverage: General liability with Stadionic named as additional insured, plus workers' compensation where required by state law.
• Tools & transportation: Your own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
• Safety at heights: Able to work at heights and operate lifts safely; OSHA 10 or 30 preferred for crew leads.
• Communication: Clear daily progress updates and photo documentation.

Responsibilities

• Netting installations: backstop, barrier, and ball-stop netting, batting cages, and related nets.
• Turf installations: synthetic turf, site prep, seaming, infill, and line markings.
• Wall padding installations: gym and stadium padding, logos on padding.
• Pole installations: install poles for backstops and related structures.
• Additional facility work: dividers, bleachers, windscreens, field accessories, repairs, and maintenance.
• Complete all work to Stadionic specifications and site safety rules.
• Provide daily progress updates and photo documentation to the Stadionic project manager.
