Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Tuscaloosa is seeking a Stadium Event Staff Manager to coordinate and supervise game-day staff at Saban Field. The role focuses on welcoming fans, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating entrances, guest services, security support, concessions, and seating areas.

You will document attendance, manage shifts, address issues, and conduct pre- and post-event briefings while maintaining safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Hospitality, customer service, reliability, strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Must be dependable, punctual, professional, and able to work every game day event.
• Ability to maintain accurate attendance and time records.

Responsibilities

• Confirm and document employee arrival and departure times.
• Assign staff to entrances, ticketing, guest services, security, concessions, and seating.
• Coordinate staff during games, concerts, and stadium events.
• Manage employee attendance, breaks, shifts, and shortages.
• Ensure staff follow policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Address and resolve guest or staff issues and escalate serious incidents.
• Conduct pre-event and post-event debriefings.
