Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at Hard Rock Stadium is seeking an Event Services Staff member to help deliver outstanding attendee experiences. You will greet attendees, assist with directions and information, and support event operations to ensure safety and enjoyment.

This part-time role requires 18+, a high school diploma (some college preferred), and strong communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is essential as events dictate schedules. Pay is $15.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Previous customer service/hospitality/event experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse attendees.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Assist with event set-up, signage, and related tasks.
• Monitor venue areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct attendees to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Resolve inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with staff, vendors, and teams for smooth operations.
• Support crowd control measures to ensure safety.
• Adhere to policies and maintain professionalism and service excellence.
