Job summary

Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium is seeking a Parking Set Up Crew member for a part-time, on-site role at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. You will set up parking spaces, signage, banners, and conversion tasks for every event, then assist with breakdowns and during events.

The position pays $20 per hour and requires flexibility to work a high percentage of stadium events. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred).
• Flexibility to work a minimum of 80% of Hard Rock Stadium events, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (climbing, crawling, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching).
• Clean driving record required to operate stadium vehicles; safety driver test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up parking spaces, signage, banners, and other conversion tasks between events.
• Safely operate golf carts, utility vehicles, pallet jacks, forklifts, or related equipment to complete tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of Parking Operations and stadium policies to assist with questions.
• Store, retrieve, and organize items in storage areas.
• Collaborate with Parking Operations, Event Operations, Security and other departments weekly.
• Adhere to safety policies and use of PPE; report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment.
