Job summary

Inter Miami CF is seeking a Coordinator, Operations to coordinate and execute events at the stadium and for matches and partner activities. The role requires planning, vendor research, and cross‑department coordination to ensure successful events and guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Business-related degree and experience in sports or entertainment venues, strong communication and teamwork skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Spanish language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities / Event Management or related field preferred.
• Event/operations management in sports & entertainment venues preferred.
• Knowledge of practices and procedures related to event planning, setup and conversions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Spanish speaking ability a plus.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of special events with partners, clients, and hospitality teams.
• Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every special event.
• Research vendors and select based on creativity, quality, and cost.
• Lead client tours and coordinate event needs with clients, estimating equipment, personnel and services.
• Generate event orders, diagrams, and communications to internal departments and 3rd party providers.
• Assist in tracking event finances and ensure events are ready for guests, clients and teams.
• Support Operations Managers on large-scale events and operations projects.
• Act as Event Manager on Duty for partner, client, and hospitality events.
• Oversee load-ins and event preparation activities.
• Provide feedback to leadership and contribute to continuous improvement for efficiency.
• Maintain the events calendar.
