Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned DAS/BTS Construction Manager to lead end-to-end deployments for stadium and large-venue environments. This home-based role requires coordinating 30+ technicians, managing materials, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence across travel to LA, SF, and Las Vegas.

You will interface with customers, perform site surveys, RF testing, and oversee fiber, iDAS/oDAS, and repeater systems, while coordinating documentation and closeout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of DAS/BTS construction management or equivalent field leadership.
• Hands-on experience with JMA/JDMA OEM platforms required.
• Experience managing large stadium DAS deployments preferred.
• Ability to lead multiple crews of 30+ technicians.
• Knowledge of iDAS, oDAS, BTS and repeater systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end DAS/BTS construction across stadium and large venue environments.
• Lead field crews of 30+ technicians on active project sites.
• Oversee materials logistics, equipment staging, and tool coordination.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, JSAs, toolbox talks and enforce safety.
• Interface with customers and ensure on-time delivery.
