Job summary

AFL, a leading provider of fiber optic cable, connectivity and related services, seeks a Construction Manager II to lead fast paced DAS and BTS projects in the southeastern US. You will coordinate plans, materials logistics, crews and tools to deliver on time and within budget.

On-site role with travel, you will supervise project sites, conduct feasibility walks, produce progress reports and ensure safety and quality while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years experience in a technical management role.
• Familiarity with iDAS, oDAS, BTS, and repeater systems.
• Knowledge of telecommunications and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site project teams and coordinate resources and schedules.
• Conduct feasibility walks and site assessments for potential projects.
• Prepare progress and status reports on a regular basis.
• Install and integrate iDAS, oDAS, BTS and repeater systems on site.
• Ensure safety, quality and customer satisfaction on medium-sized projects.
