Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate hourly team members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Recruit and train staff to Levy standards and procedures.
• Supervise operations during events and troubleshoot as needed.
• Collaborate to improve operational performance and reduce losses.
• Ensure compliance with payment card industry rules and beverage service protocols.
