Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Bar Supervisor for Local Eats Concession & Club at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa. You will oversee concessions, lead teams, and ensure top-notch guest service during events.

Role requires on-site work at the stadium, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior supervisory and food service experience are assets, with strong beverage knowledge and professional presentation expected.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role.
• Previous food service experience is an asset.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparations and service standards.
• Elevated time management and strong organizational skills.
• Command of English language, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concession locations during events.
• Lead, coach, train and support team members to ensure standards.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with teams for knowledge and timing.
• Ensure staffing levels and adherence to recipes; keep areas clean and safe.
• Monitor inventory before, during and after events to avoid stockouts.
• Verify menu boards and registers reflect correct items and prices.
