This role requires 2+ years of bartending experience and strong leadership skills, along with clear communication abilities. Candidates must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers home games and major events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bartending, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
• Strong understanding of bar operations and responsible alcohol service.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bar setup, service, and breakdown for catered events.
• Lead and manage a team of bartenders and bar attendants, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
• Monitor beverage service to ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and Legends policies.
