Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Beverage Game Day Manager to lead beverage operations at AT&T Stadium during events in Arlington, TX. You will coordinate product inventory, stocking, and event-day support, while guiding staff and ensuring compliance with TABC and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in beverage management in large venues, strong Excel skills, and the ability to train teams across multiple service locations. Nights and weekends required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in F&B or event operations.
• Experience in large-scale sports venues preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage inventory management and stock replenishment practices.
• Current TABC certification or the ability to obtain certification before beginning work.
• Demonstrated ability to train, motivate, and lead event-day staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating operations across multiple service locations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with inventory or POS systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations at assigned locations throughout AT&T Stadium during events.
• Coordinate the stocking, distribution, and replenishment of beverage products and supplies to support event-day demand.
• Receive, track, and accurately document beverage inventory movements, including deliveries to bars and concession stands.
• Monitor inventory levels and par requirements, verify product orders, and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Support onboarding and training of event-day team members, reinforcing service standards and policies.
• Provide on-site leadership, direction, and operational support to staff for efficient service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to management.
• Communicate with beverage leadership and event-day staff to resolve issues promptly.
