Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Smyrna, TN is seeking Stacking Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift to join its manufacturing team. You will set up and operate bagging/boxing-related equipment, perform quality checks, and support warehousing of finished goods in a non-climate-controlled plant.

The position offers hourly pay of $20.00 with $1.00 shift differential on 2nd shift and $1.50 on 3rd shift, with overtime possible and a requirement to follow safety protocols and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred and will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, lifts, and moves materials.
• Performs quality inspections and checks.
• Operates power forklift.
• Warehouses/stores finished goods safely and accurately.
• Assists with other manual labor tasks as needed.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Hi-Lo Certification preferred

1 year manufacturing experience preferred
