Job summary

Wilsonart LLC in Temple, Texas is seeking a Stacker to operate and maintain melamine treaters, ensure material is cut to length and stacked, and to run rewinders. This day shift position features three 12-hour days and emphasis on visual quality under supervision.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, stacking according to product quality specs, inspecting sheets, creating pallet labels, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Qualifications

• One year of work history required.
• Six months stacker/sheeter experience or related assembly/manufacturing roles acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve proper pallet size and stack treated material.
• Set up and maintain treater equipment for proper stacking and cutting.
• Stack material per specified length/width from Product Quality.
• Monitor quality of treated sheet and inspect for defects.
• Set cutter to correct sheet length and change pallets.
• Set up and run rewinders to produce neat rewound rolls.
• Create labels for pallets and maintain WIP records in Oracle.
