Job summary

Wilsonart in Temple, Texas has an opening for a Packer on the night crew. This position assists with inspecting laminate and setting up tables, pallets and skids for inspection, under the direction of the Team Lead/Supervisor.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading saws, operating lifts, moving material to staging area, and changing blades as needed. One year of work experience and basic computer skills are required, with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience is required.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 16th.
• Ability to follow safety standards and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities

• Inspect laminate for quality and defects.
• Load and unload saws.
• Set up tables, pallets and skids for inspection.
• Operate lifts and move materials.
• Move inspected material to staging area for MJ saw.
• Change saw blades when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
