Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a melamine treater operator to join our manufacturing team in Temple, TX. You will set up treater equipment, stack material to specified lengths, and monitor quality under supervision.

This full-time role requires reading a tape measure, basic math, and the ability to operate machinery safely in a noisy environment. Shift is days on a three 12-hour schedule, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow directions.
• Comfortable operating machinery in a loud environment.
• Basic math skills for length and width calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain melamine treaters.
• Cut material to specified lengths and stack neatly.
• Set up rewinders and produce neat rewound rolls.
• Make pallet labels and manage pallet changes.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist wet end operations.
