Job summary

Pratt Industries in Rockwall, TX is seeking a Stacker for our corrugation line. This full-time role involves setting up, operating, and cleaning the stacker, with attention to safety and efficiency on the 2nd shift (3:30pm–11:30pm).

You will support the Corrugator crew, read instructions, and help maintain production schedules while meeting cost, quality and service goals. Weekend work may be required and strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Able to read factory masters and follow instructions precisely.
• Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities in a production setting.
• Adequate manual dexterity to handle sheets and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Relay messages promptly regarding adjustments to proper personnel.
• Assist Corrugator crew as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain production schedule and back-up roles when needed.
• Operate corrugator conveyor lines and unitizer as required.
• Comply with safety and housekeeping standards.
