Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stacker at the Acorn Facility in Harrisonburg, VA. This full-time, on-site position supports production by lifting, stacking, and moving product across departments, with a 2nd shift.

Compensation starts at $18.25 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential; benefits include health coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, PTO, tuition assistance, EAP, and career development programs. Reports to Marination Supervisor; safety gear provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 45 to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely and accurately stack pallets up to 10 pallets high while maintaining product stability and workplace safety standards.
• Ability to perform continuous physical tasks, including lifting, bending, carrying, reaching, and stacking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while following all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and production standards.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
