Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stacker to support our poultry production operations at the Acorn Facility. The role involves lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product and materials to help maintain smooth production flow on the first shift.

This on-site position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are capable of lifting 45–75 pounds repeatedly, stacking pallets up to 10 high, and adhering to PPE and lockout/tagout safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 45–75 pounds repeatedly.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high with stability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced plant setting.
• Adhere to safety rules and PPE usage.
• Able to perform general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including PPE usage.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
