Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a Stack Off to support production at the Acorn Facility. This on-site role focuses on safe, efficient handling of product and pallets during the 2nd shift within a poultry processing environment.

You will lift 45–75 pounds repeatedly, stack pallets up to 10 high, and collaborate across departments to sustain production flow. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying, and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related requirements as applicable.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and production standards.
• Learn and perform general labor duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
