Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking a Stacker for our Acorn Facility in an on-site, full-time role on the 1st shift. The Stacker will assist production by lifting, carrying, stacking, and moving product and materials, ensuring safe handling and orderly pallets across departments.

Responsibilities include lifting 45–75 pounds repeatedly, stacking pallets up to 10 high, and following safety procedures, PPE, and lockout/tagout practices as applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift and move products weighing 45 to 75 pounds throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely and accurately stack pallets up to 10 pallets high while maintaining product stability and workplace safety standards.
• Prolonged standing and physical tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lift 45 to 75 pounds repeatedly as part of daily production duties.
• Stack pallets up to 10 high while maintaining stability and safety.
• Perform repeated lifting, bending, carrying and stacking tasks.
• Work throughout various departments to assist where needed.
• Support production flow by moving, stacking, and organizing product, boxes, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Follow all safety requirements, including use of required personal protective equipment.
• Prevent and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, hazards, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
