Responsibilities include reading job orders, assisting with setup, training coworkers, and upholding all safety policies in an outdoor-heavy environment. The role supports a collaborative production team and requires reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Lifts up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs on occasion.
• Outdoor work 90% of the time with exposure to weather, noise and dust.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

Coordinates with production management in regard to daily production goals, efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and training of co-workers. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND DAILY TASKS** * The saw is one that you feed and make adjustments based on requested dimensions. A catcher checks quality and the operator feeds the machine.
