Now Hiring: Stack Assembler

Location: Westminster, MD

Pay & Schedule

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM (9/80 Schedule) | $20.00/hour
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:30 AM (9/80 Schedule) | $21.00/hour

We are seeking detail-oriented Stack Assemblers to support the manufacturing and assembly of specialized products in a clean, quality-driven production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on assembly work, following technical instructions, and contributing to a high-performance manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to technical drawings and work instructions
• Receive, sort, prepare, and organize materials for production
• Stack components to precise specifications
• Operate vacuum ovens, high-temperature ovens, and industrial degreasers
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Maintain quality standards and safety requirements
• Keep workstations clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to count, sort, and handle delicate components
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to workplace safety

Work Environment

• Prolonged sitting during assembly operations
• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, masks, safety shoes, lab coats, and ESD equipment
