The role blends business development, market analysis, and product strategy, turning signals into outreach, proposals, and live conversations from first contact to close.

You will collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations, and benefit from mentorship while growing into senior BD, strategy, or product-facing

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, fintech, crypto, strategy, or a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Interest in stablecoins, payments, or digital asset infrastructure.
• Comfort with basic financial modeling or spreadsheet analysis.

Responsibilities

• GTM & BD: Support outbound and inbound BD efforts across stablecoin issuance, rewards, payments, and treasury use cases.
• Market & Strategic Analysis: Analyze stablecoin markets, competitors, and regulatory developments; summarize GTM implications.
• Data, Pricing & Commercials: Build lightweight models (AUM, volume, pricing) and assist with deal memos.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support deal execution.
