Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to support order fulfillment, inventory control, and general warehouse operations. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will pick and pack orders, use RF scanners, verify products and quantities, and maintain accurate inventory counts in a safe, organized space.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, order picking, or packing experience preferred.
• Ability to use or learn RF scanning equipment.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and process orders.
• Verify products, quantities, and order information for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on outbound orders before shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organized storage locations.
• Move, stack, and handle materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with additional shipping, receiving, and material handling duties as assigned.
