Job summary

ACT Entertainment in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform essential warehouse tasks, including reading picking tickets, packing orders, processing inbound and outbound shipments, and inspecting inventory. The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to perform manual labor, and proficiency with computers.

You will carefully receive and unload shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, store inventory, and participate in cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and inventory systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound return merchandise authorizations (RMAs).
• Process inbound and outbound transfer shipments.
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are prepared for shipment according to procedures.
• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Sort, organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Perform inventory counts and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
