Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.
• Basic computer and data-entry ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to balance physical warehouse work with inventory documentation.
• Professional communication and customer-service skills.
• Reliable availability for occasional evening or weekend work.
• Personal transportation for required evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, organize, and distribute warehouse inventory.
• Accurately pull and stage products for outgoing orders.
• Maintain product locations and assist with inventory rotation.
• Process pick tickets and inventory changes using warehouse software.
• Complete accurate product and donor information entry.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain sanitary product-handling and warehouse-cleaning standards.
• Assist partner organizations and onsite customers with product selection.
• Support special distributions and additional warehouse projects.
