TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a Director of Stability to lead outsourced stability programs for a leading biotech client in Redwood City, California. This role requires overseeing study design, execution, and compliance with regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a PhD in a relevant discipline and extensive experience in stability management, particularly with small-molecule oncology drugs. This position is onsite, requiring presence in the office three days a week.

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry or related discipline with 12+ years of industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in stability management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and ICH guidelines.
