Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a driven sales professional to conduct face-to-face presentations at our resort-based sales centers in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.

You will build rapport with prospective owners and articulate the benefits of Wyndham Destinations, driving sales with provided leads and professional closing techniques. Initial paid training is provided, with commissions as part of compensation. Flexibility to work weekends/holidays is required, and relocation or residence on St.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience preferred but not required.
• Must maintain production standards and be available weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face presentations at company sales centers.
• Build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Articulate benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through closing techniques; leads provided by the company.
• Attend ongoing training and set performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
