Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in chemistry or related engineering field or 3 yrs related experience.

• Acts as the first point of contact and links customers with the appropriate internal departments on technically related matters.
• Supports the delivery of the company's value promise to existing and evolving customers.
• In coordination with the commercial representative, serves as the primary point of contact and resolution for customers.
• Provides customer support and collaborates with company resources to resolve issues.
• Promotes ELANTAS North America, LLC to the industry and to customers.
• Uses appropriate communication methods and training programs as needed.
