Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, providing product support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Investigate product performance concerns and customer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Analyze resin and varnish samples, interpret laboratory findings, and provide technical recommendations.
  • Conduct laboratory testing and product evaluations while documenting methods, results, and conclusions.
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Support customer visits, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and field evaluations.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Assist the commercial team with new business opportunities, product qualifications, and customer onboarding.
  • Provide project updates and manage multiple customer requests and technical priorities simultaneously.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, technical conferences, and industry events.
  • Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
