Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in use of tools and service test equipment; able to work individually and in a team.
• Proficient in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM CS website-Engineer Tools).
• 3+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive day and night and good driving record.
• Physical requirements include lifting 50 lbs, climbing, walking, standing, and manual dexterity.
• Demonstrates excellent judgment in customer relations and in managing company resources.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Imaging Equipment in the St. Louis, MO area with location-based level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthineers equipment at customer sites.
• Provide timely and effective repairs and operator training for optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expenses, and inventory.
• Manage company assets including car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary administrative duties.
