Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) is typical (3–5+ years).
• Proficient in using service test equipment and tools; able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to train operators.

Responsibilities

• Service Medical Imaging Equipment in the St. Louis, MO area; level based on experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs while training operators for optimal system performance.
• Manage territory financial performance, meeting/exceeding revenue, expense, and inventory targets.
• Manage company assets including vehicle, phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and peers; perform necessary admin duties.
