Location: St. Louis, MO

Shift: Monday through Friday, 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. (shift differential pay eligible)

Responsibilities

• Service, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs while providing operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance within the territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control, and inventory management.
• Maintain company assets including company car, cell phone, computer, tools, and inventory parts.
• Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, and perform necessary administrative duties accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum high‑school diploma; technical associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments.
• Proficiency with tools and service test equipment; ability to work both individually and in a team.
• Proficiency in network applications and tools (eVO, mButler, MS Office, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to drive independently day and night.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform tasks such as walking, using ladders, climbing, bending, twisting, sitting, squatting, standing, high‑reach, and fine‑grasp manipulation.
• Strong customer‑service and communication skills; excellent judgment in managing customer relations and company resources.

Vendor Credentialing & Safety

• Full access to Siemens Healthineers’ client sites requires meeting vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations (COVID‑19, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus), annual TB testing, and healthcare training.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $50,210 – $69,036 (subject to geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications).
