Latitude Legal is assisting its client, an established life sciences company, in hiring a permanent, in-house Counsel in St. Louis, Missouri. This onsite role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts within a small, collegial legal team.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience, an active state bar license, and a US law degree; AmLaw 200 or sophisticated boutique background is preferred, with life sciences exposure as a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Active state bar license and a US law school degree.
• Experience in AmLaw 200 firms or sophisticated boutiques preferred.
• Life sciences, healthcare or pharma experience is a plus.
