Latitude, an established real estate development company’s in-house legal team in St. Louis, Missouri, seeks a junior attorney with 1 year of experience in transactional and real estate matters to join our collegial department on-site.

The ideal candidate will review and draft a range of agreements and documents, report to Senior Corporate Counsel or Associate General Counsel, and grow within the real estate development practice in-house.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of attorney experience.
• Experience with transactional and real estate matters.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school.
• Outstanding references.
• Active license with a state bar with eligibility to apply for licensure in Missouri.

Responsabilités

• Review and prepare various agreements and legal documents such as contracts, leases, amendments, broker agreements, termination agreements, license agreements, easements, construction contracts, service agreements, and lease summaries.
