Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a creative and energetic Lead Bartender to join our food and beverage team for seasonal, part-time work. You will greet guests, recommend menu items, and craft cocktails while delivering excellent service in a lively, mountain setting.

The role involves balancing the bar, assisting the FOH Lead, managing side work, inventory, and using the InfoGenesis system. Sips n Tips and a Food Handlers Permit are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be professional, friendly, efficient and outgoing.
• Must be knowledgeable with bar equipment and drink preparation.
• Sips n Tips Certification preferred.

The bartender’s responsibility is to execute excellent communication skills and to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages. They will also act as an assistant to our Restaurant FOH Lead. Meaning they will manage the floor, check off side work, run reports and balance the bank, help with inventory, and any other tasks the FOH Lead needs help with throughout the week.
