Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• AA or Bachelor's highly preferred.
• Knowledge of office functions and processes, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Must be able to be forklift certified.
• Ability to operate state of the art conditioning, chemical and packaging equipment.
• Excellent analytical and deductive reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in presenting safety training classes.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated.
• Supervise employees and third-party personnel.
• Responsible for maintaining and documenting plant operating procedures.
• Provide leadership and seed quality expertise.
