Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to drive IT infrastructure assessments, design scalable solutions, and manage deployments across global teams. You will resolve incidents, perform root-cause analyses, and contribute to security and automation initiatives.

The role requires experience with PingFederate, SAML/OIDC, and SDK-based custom integration, plus a Bachelor’s degree. Willingness to relocate/travel within the US is expected, with eligibility to work without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience designing robust Single Sign-On solutions using PingFederate for internal and third-party SaaS apps.
• Experience with SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and document findings with preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare actionable assessment reports, and support due diligence to document infrastructure maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, cost-effective IT infrastructure solutions, review reusable components, and develop technical documentation for deployed systems.
• Coordinate release schedules and environment readiness, execute deployments, perform post-deployment testing, and manage version control to track changes.
• Schedule maintenance and emergency fixes, coordinate technology upgrades, ensuring uninterrupted integration.
• Perform performance data analysis, coordinate insights on system behavior, and support capacity planning to optimize performance.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits, implement security measures, and coordinate continuity plans.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and propose efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with onsite, offshore, and vendor teams to document project requirements and ensure collaboration.
• Develop a centralized repository of technical and procedural knowledge to drive efficiency.
