Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an SSO / IAM Implementation Engineer for a remote, US-only contract lasting 6-12 months with potential extension. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in IAM/SSO and hands-on experience with SAML 2.0, Jira, and modern identity tools.

SSO / IAM Implementation Engineer

Location: Remote in United States

Employment Type: 6-12 month contract with probability of extension

Experience: 4+ years, with level determined by demonstrated technical depth

We are seeking an SSO / IAM Implementation Engineer to support application onboarding, authentication integrations, and ongoing identity platform enhancements. This role will work closely with internal and external customers to gather requirements, implement SSO solutions, troubleshoot issues, and support production integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard applications to Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML 2.0
• Consult with customers and application vendors on authentication requirements
• Troubleshoot and support existing SSO integrations and certificate renewals
• Manage service requests, technical issues, testing, and production rollouts
• Create and maintain Jira stories and provide regular project/status updates
• Collaborate with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and technical teams

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAML 2.0 and SSO integrations
• Excellent customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Jira and Agile environments
• Understanding of authentication and Identity & Access Management concepts

Preferred Skills

• PingFederate, Oracle Access Manager (OAM), LDAP, Unix
• AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, Python/Bash
• Java or backend development experience
• CI/CD, monitoring, and DevOps/GitOps experience

Experience: Ideally 3–5+ years of relevant IAM, SSO, implementation, or software engineering experience.
